The APEC Ministers Responsible for Trade meeting has opened in China's coastal city of Qingdao. It was the first ministerial level gathering in this year's APEC meeting in China. In an exclusive interview on the sidelines, the Director-General of the World Trade Organization Roberto Azevedo spoke to our reporter Martina Fuchs. He gives us an outline of the plans from APEC economies after the Bali deal was reached last December.
