The thing that everyone has been talking about in the world of showbiz is Shia LaBeouf who appears to be having some kind of meltdown.

He was attending the press conference at the Berlin Film Festival for Lars von Trier's new film "Nymphomaniac" and when asked about the "blue" content in the film, he said the following before storming out, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much."

That's a quote from former Manchester United player Eric Cantona from 1995 after he'd just kicked a fan in the stands.

Also at the press conference and looking stunned were Uma Thurman, Stellan Skarsgard and Stacy Martin, along with Christian Slater who joked that the film, which is full of nudity, is "packed with a lot of sardines."

The weirdness didn't end there however as afterwards a man widely believed to be LaBeouf walked the red carpet with a brown paper bag over his head with the words "I'm not famous anymore" written on the front of it.

The 64th Berlin International Film Festival runs until February 16 and China is well represented. There are three Chinese films in competition while Tony Leung sits on the jury.
