No Ebola case found in DRC: authorities
No case of Ebola has been found in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a health official said on Friday.
"We have no outbreak of Ebola in DRC. But our monitoring system monitors Ebola," said the Ministry of Health.
The country has experienced five outbreaks of Ebola with the latest one in 2012.
To date, there is no treatment or vaccine against Ebola, which kills 70% of patients, according to the World Health Organization who reported an outbreak of Ebola in Guinea last December.
