Crude prices tumbled on Wednesday as U.S. crude inventories surged and hit 9-month high last week.
Light, sweet crude for May delivery slipped 2.54 dollars, or 2. 44 percent to settle at 101.47 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. In London, Brent crude for May delivery also fell sharply and last traded around 122 dollars a barrel. |
