South Korean stocks closed higher Tuesday.
The main Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) gained 10.57 points, or 0.54 percent, to 1,967.01.
Trading volume stood at 484 million shares worth 4.10 trillion won (3.61 billion U.S. dollars).
The South Korean currency finished at 1,135.6 won to the U.S. dollar, up 2.9 won from Monday's close. |
