| Liuzhou auto exports rise 66 percent |

Auto production exports form Liuzhou,including vehicles and spare parts, reached 17,100 units on March 20, which is a 66 percent year on year increase with an export value of 160 million yuan ($25.4 million), up 56.1 percent.
Latin American and ASEAN countries are the main markets for the Liuzhou auto sector, which accounts for approximately 90 percent of its total exports.
Its exports to Germany, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia, have been growing as well.
Improvements in quality and price advantages have contributed to rising demand for its exports from Latin America and ASEAN countries.
Liuzhou Customs approved tax reductions and remissions of auto manufacturing equipment exports.. The first China (Liuzhou)-ASEAN Auto, Engineering Machinery and Spare Parts Expo has promoted local auto products. |
