Myanmar launched an exhibition on commercial products, IT and electronics here on Thursday with an aim to create direct deal between customers and buyers and improve people's socio-economic life through ICT.
Organized by Logic Myanmar Co.,Ltd, the four-day exhibition with 140 booths features electronic equipment, housing and construction materials, computer related accessories, personal goods and Chinese ceramic and food.
In 2012, a total of 11 ICT related exhibitions will be held in big cites such as Yangon, Mandalay, Pathein and Sagaing region and Mawlamyine, according to Myanmar Computer Professional Association (MCPA).
Meanwhile, the ICT exhibition, organized by Myanmar Computer Federation (MCF), has been launched since 1999 to showcase the country's progress in the sector and enable the youths to keep up with latest technology around the world.
