A Thai worker in Israel who suffered injury from a rocket fire last week still remained unconscious, according to the Thai Foreign Ministry.
He was under close watch in an Israeli hospital, Thani Thongpakdi, spokesman of the Thai Foreign Ministry, said late Sunday.
A total of four Thais who work legally in the country were injured in a rocket attack reportedly fired from the Gaza Strip early Saturday, the Israeli media reported. Thani said three of them were allowed to leave hospital after treatment.
Thai diplomats based in the country have been dispatched to assist the workers, he added. |
