An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted near the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 09:28 a.m. local time (00:28 GMT) Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 42.50 km, was initially determined to be at 39.8663 degrees north latitude and 142.1853 degrees east longitude. |
