5.4-magnitude quake hits 38km NE of Nuku`alofa, Tonga

An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale jolted 38km NE of Nuku`alofa, Tonga at 22:41:03 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 40.28 km, was initially determined to be at 20.8697 degrees south latitude and 174.9538 degrees west longtitude.
