The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 79 yen range early Friday in Tokyo, little changed from its level overnight in New York.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 79.89-90 yen against 79.88- 98 yen in New York and 79.74-75 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The euro fetched 1.2932-2933 dollar and 103.32-34 yen against 1. 2929-2939 dollar and 103.35-45 yen in New York and 1.2960-2961 dollar and 103.34-38 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. |
