At least 13 people injured in blast in southern Philippines
At least 13 people were injured in a homemade bomb blast on Tuesday night in southern Philippines, local media reported.
Authorities have not issued any official statement but local media reported that the bomb went off around 8:35 p.m. local time in front of a restaurant on a highway in Isulan, a town in Sultan Kudarat province.
The local media reported that the explosion occurred while residents were celebrating a fiesta.
