Two Palestinian children were killed Tuesday after an unexploded ordnance went off in the West Bank, medical sources said.
Three other children were wounded in the blast that occurred east of Hebron city, the sources added.
The wounded were in stable condition, said Nasser Qabaja, a doctor at a Hebron hospital.
Palestinian security sources said the children were playing near where the explosives were left apparently by Israeli army, which operates on a daily basis across the West Bank. |
