Iran to cut imports from EU firms
Last Updated(Beijing Time):2012-04-11 21:49

Iran plans to cut imports from 100 European companies as part of its measures against the European Union (EU) sanctions on Iran's oil exports, local satellite Press TV reported Wednesday.

The Iranian state TV did not elaborate further on the news and its source.

On Wednesday, Iran also said that it has cut oil exports to Germany one day after it announced that it had halted crude sales to Spain as a part of preemptive measures to counter sanctions endorsed earlier by the EU, said Press TV.
